Morroco undoubtedly is home to the finest quality ocean going octopuses in the world. Known for their fantastic flavour and texture they are a favorite of Michellin starred restaurants and beach side tavernas across the globe. Our prized Octopus comes in legs only format saving both time and money. Simply throw into a rolling boil for an hour from frozen et Voila they are then ready to be marinated for the grill once they reach room temperature. Ideally for the marinade .... Olive Oil, Lemon rind, lemon Juice, sliced Vidalia onions, capers, chili flakes, fresh garlic and finally parsley. Then after marinating anywhere from an hour to a day in the fridge remove the Octopus and grill on medium high for 5 minutes. Make sure to save the salad mix as this is perfect to plate with the grilled Octopus. Also a favorite of Randolph Duke !
