The art of aging the Prime Rib Roast has been perfected by our master butchers. Each of our Prime Rib Roasts are dry aged for 40 days and are perfectly trimed and oven ready. This is a must have for the holiday season and is absolutely perfect for dinner parties. Each Roast serves 16 people.
