The Piedmontese cattle breed emerged from Piedmont Italy, the alpine region which is a secluded pocket, naturally protected by the Alps. This low fat veal is lower in calories then chicken, higher in protein and contains a higher percentage of the good Omega 3 Fatty Acids, due to the fact it is a double muscle cow.
